Uh oh. Weight, anyone?

I weighed myself this morning.

Needless to say I am unhappy, as I suppose most are in the week after several weeks of indulgence. I didn't think I had indulged this much - I am up SEVEN pounds since my marathon, or well, more rightly, when I last weight in around July. Seven pounds is alot for me.

I think I found one of my resolutions, for real - ten pounds in ten weeks is the first thought I have, ultimately 15 by May 1.

Anyone want to join the huge tub of lard that is me in making some baby steps?

For steps in the process:
1. I joined weightwatchersonline. Pathetic, I know, but there it is.
2. I am committed to more movement in my day - not just my runs but some time doing other things.
3. I have a preliminary food plan for school that may help - four days a week of eating at school, meals from home.
4. The one that hurts me. No more liquor. Oh well that is setting me up to fail, so, one night a week I can have a couple drinks. But not more than that. My belly and budget will thank me. I hope.
5. Gonna stick to the points system. I really will. Yeah.
6. Vitamin per day, water per day, and six or more fruits and veg. That should keep me full. Whereas the endless line of candy, cookies, brownies, and gum keep me eating.

Anyone out there, anyone at all, got a tip? Damn I am pretty sad - you would think finishing a marathon would make my body BETTER not FATTER....
